STANDARD DELIVERY

We deliver our keys within 2 to 7 working days after placing your order, they are produced in the morning for afternoon deliveries.

You are responsible for entering the delivery address correctly;

Ma Clef Française is in nothing responsible for packages that have been delivered to an incorrect address (which was given to Ma Clef Française before shipping). In cases where Ma Clef Française needs additional information regarding a delivery address, you may be asked by Ma Clef Française to provide additional information. < / p>

A delay in delivery may occur if additional information concerning the delivery address is necessary.

Ma Clef Française < / span> will use reasonable efforts to deliver the order within the delivery times provided at the delivery address. If delivery is delayed, or if the order cannot be fulfilled (or can only be partially fulfilled), you will be notified as soon as possible after the order has been placed. In this case, you have the right to terminate the contract free of charge.

The risk of damage and / or loss of products lies with Ma Clef Française until the time of delivery to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you receive a product that you have not ordered, you must inform Ma Clef Française as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) by e-mail (or through the contact page of the website). You will take care of the return of the product (s) concerned after having received from Ma Clef Française instructions concerning the return. Ma Clef Française will assume the costs of the said return and will then take care of the dispatch of the correct product, provided that you have followed the instructions of Ma Clef Française concerning the return.

If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, you must inform Ma Clef Française customer service as soon as possible (within 24 hours after receiving the order) via the contact page of the website. Following this, Ma Clef Française will decide how to deal with the current case. In the above situation (s), you must always inform Ma Clef Française and wait for the instructions from the customer service of Ma Clef Française . If in these situations you return a product at your own expense without first contacting and waiting for instructions from Ma Clef Française customer service, you cannot claim the costs you incurred for < span> Ma Clef Française (nor hold Ma Clef Française responsible for the return which took place without the prior consent of Ma Clef Française ). If the order which is being dispatched or which was sent to you by Ma Clef Française disappears or has disappeared, or if you affirm that you have not received the order (despite information such as as management and monitoring data / information from the carrier indicating the contrary), the carrier's complaint procedure will be launched and the outcome of this procedure will be awaited before the implementation of any reimbursement or reshipment. You will fully cooperate with the claim procedure of the carrier.

If a shipment disappears due to a carrier error (and after the claim procedure of the carrier is completed), Ma Clef Française will reimburse you or Ma Clef Française will try to send you the ordered product again. If the order has still not been delivered to your delivery address (or to the collection point) 14 days after the shipping date, you have the obligation to inform customer service of Ma Clef Française by e-mail within 14 days (include: within 28 days of the date of shipment).
